The foie arrived the same day, refrigerated, nothing to complain about on the delivery. I checked the weight, everything is in order.
The product is hermetically sealed in plastic but as a whole (not 8 bags for 8 slices, one bag for 8 slices). This is not a problem.
Naively, I thought it would have the same taste as our traditional Christmas foie gras but it is not the case, it is not seasoned. Raw, it has no taste!
In the end, it is normal in the sense that everyone wants to cook it in his own way.
So we added Madeira alcohol, salt, pepper and a little bit of herbs de provence and it transformed the taste as we wanted.
I am very satisfied, I recommend it.
