Refund Policy

All products are sold on a no return for credit basis unless the goods are received in a damaged state or the products supplied are dissimilar to the original order. This includes incorrect products supplied, incorrect quantity or if the products are faulty.

For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which Royale Gourmet shipped the incorrect item.


Refunds (if applicable)

All refunds or exchanges in our policy last 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since receipt of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not refund or exchange on items that you have changed your mind on. Please note that all perishable items are sold on a non-refundable state. Items include fresh produce, cheese,  meats, truffles and caviar.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
