FRESHNESS OF PRODUCT

We hold the highest quality standards of quality and freshness. To ensure that you receive all your products in optimal condition we do our best to pack them in thermal box with reusable ice gel packs while delivering the orders. This kind of packaging will ensure full product freshness while in transit. Our temperature control packaging and stringent packing methods allows us to ensure that our products will remain fresh and in their original condition when they are delivered to your door. Please be available to receive your shipment so that you can inspect it and refrigerate or freeze it as soon as possible especially perishable goods.

PROCESSING TIMES & DELIVERY

Most orders will ship the same day when placed before 15:00. Usual orders will normally have a 1-3 business day processing time. Contact us directly if you are in urgent need for same day delivery or specific time or date for delivery. We will do our best to sort it out for you. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to product availability, weather conditions, peak season, and other factors.

The below shipping prices are estimated shipping rates that are charged on most orders.

Perishable Goods

* Langkawi (Fireflyz Aircargo), surcharge of RM50 for 1-5kg

Non- Perishable Goods

*If your order combines perishable and non-perishable items the entire order will be automatically classified as a perishable shipment

For other areas apart from the listed areas stated above, please contact us directly especially if you are purchasing perishable goods. Please note that there might be certain charges and minimum orders requirements in order for us to deliver for some areas.

EAST MALAYSIA AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We only deliver non-perishable, non-refrigerated products. If you would like to place an order for delivery to Sabah/ Sarawak/ outside of Malaysia, and your order contains ONLY non-perishables, please email us at [email protected] or contact us with your inquiry.
