The history began on January the 1st of 1930 with François Louvet.
Since then, the family company has never stopped growing and is now farming 180 hectares of flat oysters in deep water and 22 hectares of deep oysters in the Bay of Mont Saint Michel.
In this unique terroir, Stéphan Alleaume, François-Joseph Pichot and Pierre Pichot combine traditional methods and innovation, and carry on the familial know-how.
