Considered the most valuable and highly sought after, Armatore’s Bluefin Tuna fillets in glass are meticulously handcrafted within hours of the fishing trip, resulting in a product full of flavour and texture.
Armatore’s Bluefin tuna fillets are a precious delicacy, perfect for savouring on their own or using them to elevate simple recipes where the tuna is not cooked.
Bluefin Tuna is one of the most valuable and extremely refined tuna species with a unique and delicious taste, giving us the most refined and valuable tuna by Armatore in a tin can. The fillets are entirely hand-worked within a few hours of the fishing trip. Thunnus thynnus’ flesh is rich in proteins and Omega3 with an incredible nutritional value.
In this new format, Bluefin Tuna Roe (Bottarga) is grated and ready to use. Roe is vacuum-sealed and then tinned, so that its organoleptic characteristics always stay the same. Bluefin Tuna Roe is a delicacy typical of the Mediterranean Sea.
Since we cherish traditions, we choose the best Tunas in order to produce a unique Bottarga using natural methods. The caviar of the Mediterranean Sea made by us originates from a traditional production process, which respects the environment and complies with what is provided for by the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas. Bluefin tuna roe is pressed, salted and dried very slowly, and we make our best to enhance the conservation of the species.
