Since we cherish traditions, we choose the best Tunas in order to produce a unique Bottarga using natural methods. The caviar of the Mediterranean Sea made by us originates from a traditional production process, which respects the environment and complies with what is provided for by the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas.
