- adds color and flavor to ice cream, tarts, cheesecakes, pies and other raspberry-themed desserts.
- enhances yoghurts, smoothies, juices and cocktails.
- creates fruity sauces to pour over meats, fish and vegetables.
- can also be used as a substitute for strawberry puree in many recipes.
Our Raspberry Puree is provided by French organization, La Fruitiere. They also allow you to experiment with new flavors and come up with unique recipes of your own.
Ingredients: 90% raspberry, 10% cane sugar
Storage: Freeze puree on arrival, and once ready to consume, break off and thaw your desired amount, returning the rest to the freezer for later use.
